Plan your Performing Arts Group Trip to Disneyland® Paris

At COGO Travel we want your performing arts trip to Disneyland Paris to be as easy as possible. That’s why we offer a range of travel options to suit your group’s needs and requirements. We've answered the most frequently asked questions on travel, accommodation and payment options for COGO's performing arts trip to Disneyland® Paris.

Travel options for performing arts packages to Disneyland Paris

COGO offers a number of travel options for your performing arts group. These include Coach (with either ferry or Eurotunnel channel crossing), Eurostar or flights. Your group can also choose to make their own way to Disneyland Paris. Read on for more information on each option.

The prices are usually based on using a 48-seater executive coach and ferry package. For comfort, we would cost your trip on carrying 40 paying passengers with 4 free places.

Larger Coaches can be very limited, dependent on your location, we would suggest that only the first 44 passengers who have paid their deposits are confirmed. Anyone after this should be placed on a waiting list. Once final numbers have been given coaching options can be looked into.

A group size of 40 paying passengers is the optimum group size but if you have less than this, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with updated prices for the size of your party.

Our coaches can pick you up from mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We are also able to provide alternative travel options for those groups travelling from Ireland.

Yes, of course. If you are travelling by coach, infants will be charged for their seat and parents will need to provide a car seat for each infant.

Eurostar offers departures from London St Pancras. Some services make additional stops at Ebbsfleet and Ashford International. We will be able to advise this once we know what train you are booked to travel on. If you travel on days where there is no direct Disney service operating, we will look to book train travel to Paris Gare du Nord and arrange a suitable coach transfer to your accommodation.

Children under 2 years old who do not require their own seat will travel free of charge on Eurostar.

Yes. If you wish to fly, please let us know. We're happy to suggest flights suited to your location and can arrange transfers from Paris Airports to Disneyland® Paris

Some airlines only publish their timetables 6 months in advance which means that we can only organise flights once flight schedules have been released. If this is the case, we will only be able to provide price estimations in your quote.

We will confirm flight prices once the flights are bookable. To secure this price, you will need to pay your deposit and submit your air passenger information. Please see our terms and conditions for more about our flight terms and deposits.

Yes, even if they are sitting on an adult’s lap. Charges will vary according to the airline but it’s important to book early to secure the best possible price.

That’s not a problem, we can provide you with a package that excludes travel. However, you may find it is easier and more enjoyable to book the whole package through us rather than separating the travel arrangements out.

Why let COGO take care of your group's travel?

▪ Everyone is together, i.e. you are not left worrying if everyone is ok or whether they have missed their travel arrangements or encountered any problems

▪ It’s more fun, not just for the children but also for the parents

▪ Time passes by more quickly – with lots going on around you, distractions will often help make a journey more enjoyable with less focus on how long it’s taking

▪ Get to know your group – travelling as a group is a great chance for the parents and children to get to know one another better and make new friends
