You don't need to know everything, just give us an idea of the destination and date you'd like to travel to start the conversation. You'll receive a no-obligation quote with a per person price to advertise the trip. Your quote expires after two weeks, so get in touch with your account manager to make a provisional booking
Time to spread the word to your group—we can help with posters to get everyone on board and fill the spaces on your trip
As soon as we have received the holding deposit we can confirm your booking and start organising your trip
Send us your passenger details as soon as possible so we can start making the arrangements for your group’s stay
Your next payment is due eight weeks after the deposit and the final balance is due twelve weeks before the trip departs
