How to book your group trip

Whether you're a seasoned group travel organiser or it's your first time ever planning a trip for a bunch of people, it can seem a daunting process—but with our help, it needn't be. We've broken down the main stages of the booking process to help you understand how you'll be taken care of along the way by our expert team.

Planning a group trip is easy with our help

So you're thinking of planning a trip for your group? Great! Whether friends, family, colleagues, teammates from your sports club or pals from a social club—you're in the right place.

We organise trips, holidays, breaks and tours for groups of at least 20 people.

What do I need to do?

Rally your group together and assume the role of group travel organiser. You're responsible for gathering each individual's deposits and final payments. We're assuming you're already an organised person, so this should be easy!

You'll have a dedicated COGO account manager the whole way to hold your hand and make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone involved.

On top of that, you'll also be rewarded for your efforts. Find out more about the perks and benefits for group travel organisers. (Hint: you'll get a free holiday. 😉)

How does the booking process work?

You don't need to know everything, just give us an idea of the destination and date you'd like to travel to start the conversation. You'll receive a no-obligation quote with a per person price to advertise the trip. Once you've accepted your quote we'll be here to help you promote the trip to maximise the number of people who sign up.

Take a look at what to expect at each stage after you've accepted your quote and decided to move forward with your trip of a lifetime! Get in touch with our group travel specialists today to get the ball rolling.
