You will need to complete 2 routines, each lasting 3 minutes.
Each separate audition piece should be no shorter than 3 minutes and must last for the duration of an entire track.
No spoken word should be featured, as English may not be the first language of your audience. Only include singing in your audition if you wish to be considered for a musical theatre (i.e. song and dance) or vocal show.
Your audition doesn’t have to be costumed but we recommend that you are in some sort of uniform, i.e. your studio uniform or black leotard and tights/ T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms for boys. Also remember to ensure that hair is neatly groomed. Show make-up is not required.
We recommend that the more confident students lead the performance but do ensure the whole group can be seen in your video.
Your audition is the only tool we have to assess your group, so ensure that the quality and content of your piece shows your group at their very best!
If you are intending to perform tap, pointe work or acrobatics (floor work only), you must showcase these disciplines in your audition material. In addition to this, try and include upbeat and identifiable pieces. Keep it simple, uncomplicated and enjoyable! Remember that spacing, positioning and clean choreography are key to a successful audition.

Don't worry. Sometimes you may be offered a second opportunity to audition (though this is not guaranteed). Remember, we want you to pass your audition too and if you would like to send in a progress video from rehearsals, we’d be happy to give you any feedback.
Also, as long as you have a workshop included in your Perform at Disneyland Paris Package, you are still welcome to take part in the trip.
Auditions should be submitted as digital video files, which can be sent using free online file transfer services. Sorry, but we cannot accept internet links.
Please ensure the quality of the sound and image of your recordings.
You will need 2 audition pieces and each should be submitted as a separate video.
Label each file with the group name and the title of the piece.
Please do not include promotional, show reel or adjudication videos.
We must receive your completed application form and audition video at least 6 months prior to your departure date or you may risk forfeiting your performance.
Your audition videos must be created within a year of your application date.
