Arriving at Disneyland® Paris is always exciting, and no less so for the COGO reps preparing to support groups on their trip of a lifetime. As a COGO group travel representative, it’s our job to welcome our groups to the magic of Disneyland Paris, be their first point of contact, and make sure our guests’ stay is as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Meet Rebecca, one of our Group Travel reps!
Hello! I’m Rebecca and it’s my job to make your group trip happen. I will communicate regularly with you throughout the booking process and support you with any requirements and requests you have. I handle all the accommodation, transport, tickets and any special extras to make your Disney experience even more memorable!
One of the many benefits of organising a group trip with COGO Travel is that we’re here to assist you throughout your trip to Disneyland Paris so you can enjoy the trip too. Myself or one of my COGO colleagues will be available throughout your trip to help with anything you need - you can always count on us!
In resort, my role is to make each group's arrival as easy and stress-free as possible. I’ll be the first friendly face you see when you arrive at your hotel so you’re not alone. I handle the check-in process, making sure you and your group have everything they need such as tickets, room keys and meal plans, and be on hand to make sure everyone is settled in and ready for their trip ahead.
One of my favourite parts of the job is seeing the joy on guests' faces as they step off the coach and into the magic of Disneyland Paris for the first time. Whether it’s answering last-minute questions or making recommendations, I love being part of their experience.
Exceptional support for Performing Arts groups too
Performing Arts groups enjoy the same level of support in Disneyland Paris, plus additional help getting your dance school ready for the performance of a lifetime. In resort, the COGO Performing Arts team will go through the performance schedule and rehearsal times with each group leader so that performers and their families are prepared, they’ll also accompany performers backstage to their rehearsal to run through the show times, answer any questions and help calm any last-minute nerves.
