Financial Protection from ABTA & ATOL
You can book your group trip with confidence knowing that we are certified members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA), the UK's largest travel association and that we comply with the professional standards set out in ABTA's Code of Conduct.
The packages we sell to groups travelling by rail, road or sea benefit from the financial protection of ABTOT (Association of Bonded Tour Operators Trust Limited) while our group flight packages are financially protected by ATOL (Air Travel Organisers Licence).

When you pay for a flight-inclusive trip you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it.
Group Travel Insurance
It is a condition of our group travel booking terms that every member of your group has adequate insurance for the trip.
Unless specified on your paperwork, travel insurance is not included in the price of your trip. You can opt to buy our group travel insurance, but this must be for the whole group as we do not offer travel insurance to individuals.
